So starting today I'm officially going to start a seven day detox! The whole point of a detox is to clear your body of toxins while replacing those toxins with healthy nutrients.
Here are the list of food to avoid during detox:
* Red meat and any meat products like sausages, burgers, and pate.
* Butter and margarine
* Milk, cheese, eggs, cream
* Salt and sugar
* Processed foods, ready meals, ready-made sauces and takeaways
* Alcohol, coffe,
* Any food that contains wheat including bread, croissants, cereals, cakes, biscuits, pies, pastry, quiche, battered or breadcrumbed foods, etc
